1. White Label Limited is a software provider only and does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice.
2. Users remain responsible for reviewing tax outputs before filing.
3. Fees, setup charges, and custom work are generally non-refundable once access or delivery has begun, except where required by law.
4. If the delivered product does not reasonably meet the agreed expectations, the client may request a review and we may offer a partial refund at our discretion, based on the scope delivered and the issue raised.
5. You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, scrape data, or reverse engineer the software.
6. Access may be suspended for non-payment, misuse, or breach of these terms.
8. If you cancel before delivery, a partial refund may be considered depending on work already completed.
9. Any refund decision will take into account the amount of design, development, setup, or configuration already delivered.
Refund Policy
If the product does not meet reasonable expectations after delivery, the issue should be reported in writing so it can be reviewed. Where appropriate, we may offer a partial refund based on the scope delivered, the time invested, and the nature of the issue. Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled case by case. Any approved refund will be processed back to the original payment method where possible.
